Ceramics

Students explore design problems using clay.  Sculptural and Functional forms are designed with everyday methods that include, pinch pots, coils, slabs, and wheel throwing.  A variety of surface texture and design is all integrated.  Students will also study the relationship of chemistry, geology, and early culture as it applies to ceramics.
